Observation Notes:
Found clinging to my neice's sock, amazingly, but probably came from the oak tree in the front yard. (A willow oak, I think.) When placed in an empty pitcher with some of the oak limbs, it proceeed to explore and climb. It chewed the base of a leaf so that it hung down but didn't quite fall, and left some silk threads on the side of the pitcher where the base of the leaf was touching. Getting ready to spin a cocoon, perhaps? Gorgeous green color and silver scoli.
