Caenurgia chloropha (Hübner, 1818)

Subfamily: Erebinae
Identification: Forewing pale grayish brown in male, orangish yellow-brown in female. Lines fine, inconspicuous; lower pm. line bulges inward. Note diffuse dark patch beyond pm. line; it is darker in female than in male. Hindwing yellowish with two gray bands in both sexes.
Wing Span: 2.7-3.6 cm.
Life History:
Flight: April-October.
Caterpillar Hosts: Vetch.
