Identification: Wings light tan to gray, with darker brown shading beyond slightly wavy pm. line. Veins light. Forewing am. line sharply angled; median line straight.

Life History:
Flight: April-September.
Caterpillar Hosts: Apple, plum, wild cherry.
Adult Food:
Range: Gaspe, Quebec to Florida, west to South Dakota and eastern Texas.
