Identification: The only geometer moth with bright orange hindwing. Forewing varies from gray to brown, with variable but nearly straight lines and black st. spot.
Wing Span: 1.6-2.1 cm.
Life History: Active both day and night.
Flight: April-October.
Caterpillar Hosts: Locust trees.
