Eusarca confusaria Hübner, 1813
Family: Geometridae
Subfamily: Ennominae
Identification: Wings yellowish tan, with variable grayish brown dusting; some specimens dark brown except along lines and veins. Straight brown pm. line fades out or hooks inward just below apex. Tiny black discal spots on all wings.
Wing Span: 2.9-4.1 cm.
Life History:
Flight: April-October.
Caterpillar Hosts: Asters, clover, dandelion, goldenrod, and other composites.
