Subfamily: Larentiinae
Identification: Easily recognized by pale bluish green wings with white lines and discal spots. Forewing much larger than hindwing, the later often difficult to pull into position for spreading - hence the common name.
Wing Span: 2-2.8 cm.
Life History:
Flight: Mid-April - August.
