Life History:
Flight: August to October, all year in southern Florida and the tropics
Caterpillar Hosts: beggarticks (Bidens spp.) including Spanish Needles (B. bipinnata) and Bearded Beggarticks (B. aristosa)
Adult Food:
Range: New Jersey to Florida, west to Arizona and Missouri, south through Central and South America to Argentina
