Observation notes: Sunny and warm (upper 70s-low 80s). Open remnant prairie with many rare, native plants. I only have photos from above. Underside of wings plane yellow-orange. I found this female just a short distance on the beginning of the east leg of the trail. It flew a couple times but quickly landed and went back into the "jet" pose seen in the photo.
