Observation notes: Sighted at 2:14. Weather was sunny, clear, and hot (temps in the upper 90's). Flew around the yard for approximately one minute checking out various nectar plants. Very active while nectaring. Nectared on lantana for five minutes, then flew up into an oak tree where it stayed in a roosting position for approx. 14 minutes, occasionally opening its wings.
