Observation notes: It has been rainy here but is mostly dry climate. The moth flew in house from garage and stayed for a couple days. It did not really try to find light but stayed on a wall in one place for a long time. The picture of it is on our curtains and it does blend well with it. It is hard to tell with this picture how big it is but it is about 2 inches wide and maybe 1 and 1/2 inch long. Was really big as compared to other moths I've seen.
