Observation notes: Repeatedly landed on rocks. Buckwheat and nonnative annual grasses most common plants in area. Heavy marine layer.

Coordinator notes: Nice photo of a rarely seen subspecies "hypoleuca" of limited range and distribution. Very similar looking to the nominate now extinct subspecies of San Francisco!
