Observation notes: The moth was perched on the outside wall of the first story of a two-story building and not moving. The weather was partly cloudy with a moderate breeze and no rain. It was in the upper 80s.

Coordinator notes: This specimen is a bit worn but the wing markings and end of the abdomen show this as Phryxus caicus.
