Observation notes: It was very still. Spread its wings in response to all of the attention around it, and did not move or fly away even with the large crowd it drew. Stayed for 4 hours. It was on the side of a busy apartment building by the entrance. It was a scorching, 85 degree day, the heat index was a nine, very bright and sunny, but not humid.
