Observation notes: Host plant is unknown as I found it on a road. I apologize that it isn't a better photograph as I didn't have the right lens at the time. It isn't as colorful as the pictures I found on the internet so I am not 100% sure it is the species. It moved in an undulating movement on the bottom. Had feathery sides and tail. The conditions were 60s and cloudy.
