Observation notes: Caterpillar on dogwood tree in my yard. I pulled the leaf off the tree, set it down on the porch, and took a picture. The caterpillar moved slowly on. I returned the leaf to a dogwood tree branch and the caterpillar moved onward. Hazy, hot, humid day, temperature in high 80s.
