Coordinator notes: Several features of T. bathyllus are visible on this tattered individual: the "hour-glass"-shaped spot set inward from the middle of the leading edge of the forewing is the most prominent of these; the row of spots closest to the tip of the forewing has the innermost spot lined up with the rest of the spots, not offset toward the apex as in T. confusis; and the fringes of the wings are typical of T. bathyllus, being tan-checkered on the forewing and whitish on the hindwing.
