Observation notes: Saw at least 7 or 8 of these during a walk at the Barton Creek Greenbelt. Hard to pick them out from the gulf fritillaries, but did see quite a few deeper into the trail. Very difficult to snap a pic, but these were mating near some passion vine. Seems like they're having a good and maybe an early year here.
