Observation notes: Spotted on the fence of my front garden on a WARM (>65°F all day), DRY (3+ days no rain), and SUNNY (partially cloudy), LATE SPRING/early summer AFTERNOON.
Very beautiful creature; seen softly spreading its wings with the breeze, and seemingly taking in the nice day. Allowed me to get very close to photograph and admire before flying away after a few minutes. Hope it comes back next year
