Observation notes: These photos follow up some from last year at this time at Foothills Park where blues were found initially in a lawn with clover, so perhaps Greenish Blues. However, this and the following two submissions are from a nearby large patch of lupines at Foothills Park, Palo Alto (~ 200 ft away from the lake edge and lawn with clover, across the entry road). This female was flying and landing frequently on lupine, but I did not observe any ovipositing. All three photos are of the same individual.
