Observation notes: An individual perched on a littleleaf ratany dwarf-shrub along the Sierra Vista Trail near the base of Bishops Cap, the northern peak of the Franklin Mountains. Individuals were present in low numbers here and near the base of Pena Blanca, the southern peak of the Organ Mountains. The afternoon was sunny, windy, and warm.
