Coordinator notes: Yes Nancy...your suggested ID is/was correct...as was Andy Warren's ID...Bog Fritillary...a male. I question the date however...it is very early by almost one month, especially in the Loveland Pass area (my earliest date to reference is not current but is June 22). It is highly doubtful the flower it is on would be even be blooming then. Please check the date to see if you were here in 2023 that early in the season. Take care, Mike
