Observation notes: He was on the floor struggling outside a shopping plaza. I picked him up and noticed that he seemed to have sticky that was keeping his back legs from allowing movement. I cleaned him very carefully to help him now use 5 legs instead of 2 front ones only! He has not wanted to leave so he is sitting next to me!
