Coordinator notes: This hairstreak is actually now a subspecies of Satyrium dryope (megapallidum), not recognized in the BAMONA list. It has recently been found sylvinus and dryope are genomically 2 different species. Only subspecies sylvinus and nootka belong to sylvinus. Other former sylvinus subspecies are dryope subspecies.-Ken Davenport
