Coordinator notes: This is a difficult one, and couple of other knowledgeable sources were consulted to help figure it out. The sticking point with this individual is the checkered fringe on the HW, and darkened submarginal wing pattern. This is usually not seen in the classic C. neglecta (Summer Azure). However, it appears this time of year and location is still most consistent with C. neglecta. -jmgesell
