Coordinator notes: Once again, nearly impossible to say for certain - however what favors P. cocyta in this individual is the HW. If you look closely, the “lace-like” pattern is more of an orangish color. P. tharos would have more of a black or dark brown. Also, the submarginal dark “smudge” extends further inwards, encompassing the row of submarginal dark spots. This is usually smaller in P. tharos. The “crescent” is also very dark in color (not very specific - but usually seen more in P. cocyta). Finally, the orange antenna tips are not very reliable at all for differentiation, and would be expected to be orange with P. cocyta. P. tharos can be solid black or orange-tipped. Hope this helps…and even after all of that, still not 100% on the ID. -jmgesell
