Observation notes: The butterfly definitely had tails, vibrant colors, wings were in great condition, and visited the flowers at the top of the butterfly bush so it was difficult to get a good picture. Temperature was 80°, sunny, and clear skies. I viewed a butterfly similar to this the day before however that one did not have tails and had damaged wings.
