Coordinator notes: Correct ID...it has been determined that "Phoebus" applies to some Parnassians in the high latitude arctic (Alaska but mostly in Siberian Russia) while the lower latitude ones in the Rocky Mountains are "Smintheus" Parnassians. Mike
