Coordinator notes: other "black" swallowtails are slightly possible (zelicaon, machaon), but polyxenes is definitely the main one in your area. BAMONA"s internal review process flagged this as a possible Giant Swallowtail, but there is blue on the wing and Giant's large transverse yellow band is absent, so I am not changing my identification.
