Observation notes: Sleepy oranges, enmass, took nutrients from moist soil and seeps (puddle clubs) at the Soledad and Bar Canyon trails junction. They were typically joined by several other sulphur species, species of blues, and checkered-skippers along with individuals of other butterfly species. This afternoon was characterized by high temperature, light wind, and bright sunshine.
