Orange-barred Sulphur
Phoebis philea

Observation date: December 28, 2020
Submitted by: GinaT
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Mild day and sunny. A rare occurance to see these sulphurs still, normally they fly fast, moving quick when laying eggs or nectoring in my yard. This might have been drying its wings. December was a big month for seeing butterflies emerge from chyrsalis.
