Hubbard's Small Silkmoth
Sphingicampa hubbardi

Observation date: October 25, 2020
Submitted by: z0yk0t
Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: The white spots are protruding and reflective, that’s the only reason I saw it. It looked like it fell out of a near by palo Verde tree, it was a cooler day in Arizona probably around 88 degrees. I tried to put it back in the tree but it defensively rolled and I left it alone, a few hours later it still was there and I put it in the tree.
