Coordinator notes: Your suggested ID is correct....this is the "on-year" for the Chryxus Arctic, flying biennially only in even years (very rarely otherwise....the high altitude populations (likely a sibling species - Oeneis calais) are found annually (mostly over 10,000 ft. which is about the top limit for chryxus).
