Coordinator notes: Please put real localities down...they are very important in determining ID...I have to assume this is not a subalpine meadow where Mormon Fritillaries would be. Egleis comes down to east side Sierra slopes at moderate elevation whereas mormonia rarely does-Ken Davenport The problem I had with this was no locality shows up at my end, nothing tells me this was the Tahoe Rim Trail. The dot looks like it is out of the Sierra Nevada subalpine meadows and in these areas mormonia and egleis can be nearly identical in subalpine meadows. So please always write in the locality along with the dot, also many people don't put the dot where they actually found the butterfly-Ken Davenport
