Coordinator notes: Somewhat reluctantly I agree that this is probably H. comma, but it's a bit outside of its normal range. San Angelo is a a few hundred miles from the nearest sightings (one in SW and two more in NE New Mexico). I hope another coordinator will have a look at this sighting at some point.
