Observation notes: Observed on wall of house near front door. Weather was cool, about 55 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny. Took pictures and walked in and out of house without it moving. Cats were around it but it never moved. Thunderstorm rolled through in the afternoon and it still didn’t move. Has been there for about 13 hours now.
