Observation notes: conditions: 70s F.; sunny; breeze. Habitat: mixed pine-hardwoods along gully (Jena's Vision Trail through woodlot beside Mac's grocery). Three individuals in small tree (hickory sp.?) occasionally flying up to "dogfight". Only got photos of one individual; they were difficult to spot when at rest. Not obvious in photos is that there was some blue at tail end of hind wing (dorsal view at rest with sun coming through from behind). Sunning on leaves, wings held at angle to maximize sun exposure.
