Observation notes: At the end of my time at the park, I was standing by the white Butterfly Bushes again, and 4 Monarchs came to it all at the same time, a few circled me several times and quite close (which was very cool), then they all got on it and started feeding from it. Two of them were this mating pair, which moved about on one blossom of the first white Butterfly Bush, then flew over to another blossom on the second white Butterfly Bush, stayed there for a little bit, then flew back to the original bush it was on. Didn't mind me getting pretty close to them at all, which surprised me. Lasted until I quit photographing them, about 10 minutes. Weather: 95 degrees, 60% humidity, sunny skies. Note: Not sure if this pair is two of the single submissions I sent earlier, or was a new pair?
