Observation notes: Warm muggy day. I thought about suggesting a Hickory Hairstreak but with the leading edge bars not aligning with the cell-end bars I opted for a Banded Hairsteak. This guy looks like he has had multiple birds after him as he or she looks rough. Feeding on Milkweed.
