Observation notes: Observed on the wire of ranch fencing, about 2.5' - 3' off the ground, where it meets with east side of house. Area was shaded and it was pretty windy so was unable to capture an image with his wings expanded. Closest plants 20' - 40' away are bottle brush shrubs and bald cypress trees; 100' and further 100 year old oak trees.
