Observation notes: Texas sage near by.(I later found many cocoons on the bush...today actually 1-27-19. )Critter was crawling away from the bush across door jam. Later seemed to fallen on the floor. I scooted the floor mat where it landed out of harms way. First and only time I've ever seen this type of caterpillar after living there for 3 years
