Observation notes: Plum Canyon Anza Borrego Desert State Park, Happy Viewing as All features are Protected, We always see lots of these in this Canyon After summer Monsoons Trigger a Hatch if rain is adequate. There very fast fliers Blend in Perfectly to there wide open landscape, Especially on Gray and White Granite. Expect Extreme Heat, Drink lots of Fluids Carry lots of Water and Ice to Cool your self Down Return to your Car Way Before you get low on water. I have read to drink a Gallon of water Per hour! It Does Get Deadly hot and Watch out for Cacti and Rattlesnakes! Oh and the Thorns on Agave are like Spear Tips! Have Fun it will Be very Much Worth it if you Are Cautious!
