Coordinator notes: Thanks for sending a city name, imperative to ID with virgulti and cythera. The two can look very similar. While cythera may occur at this locality, it would require collecting and a series to prove. Cythera does occur in Los Angeles County, mostly on the eastern slope on the San Gabriels. Cythera has one brood in late summer and fall, virgulti is multiple brooded.-Ken Davenport
