Observation notes: Had seen two of these chasing each other around at Baker Wetlands and then this one drifted off around the grasses, occasionally landing on the low grasses then moving to this taller one. Nearby were lots of tall sunflowers. Smaller in size than what I usually see of them, approx. 2.5-3" wingspan. Hot and humid out, windy.
