Observation notes: Saw this Buckeye on a magenta zinnia in a butterfly garden bed at the park. The bed had tropical milkweed, magenta zinnias, yellow daisies, blue and rose salvias, and more. It fed on the nectar in the flower's center in a rotating fashion for a minute or two, then flew to another zinnia. Weather: Approx. 80 degrees, 40% humidity, sunny skies. Size: Approx. 2-2.25" wingspan.
