Observation notes: This was found in the leaves of our hops plant, in the shade. Temp was about 76 at the time. Wing tip to wing tip at top was about 5". My son pulled off the leaf it was on so as to not actually touch the moth, we replaced it close to to where we found it and in the morning it was gone. When we were looking at it, it would flap its wings ,which go in an almost circular pattern. Body was dark orange and white striped.
