Observation notes: The "tailless" form that Shapiro and Manolis call S. dryope. 3 different individuals in photos. It looks like one male has a tiny tail and the other male doesn't seem to have any tail, and who knows what's going on with the female? Riparian habaitat with sandbar willows and native blackberries. rapid fliers.
