Coordinator notes: The black borders on the trailing edge of the forewings and hindwings are much too thick for a Delaware Skipper. The dorsal side of the forewing in the apex area has a marking touching the border that matches Aaron's Skipper (not a crow's foot like the Delaware Skipper).
This record is accepted as an Aaron's Skipper through your revealing photograph that has enough detail for positive id.
