Observation notes: This individual was observed over the period of about a week with about five others on the same small peach tree. The photograph was taken on July 15th and this individual pupated on July 17th. The tree currently has at least eight other cocoons. On May 15 we observed and made digital video of a newly emerged female copulating with a male on the same tree.
