Observation notes: Captured last night, photographed this AM. Laid 35 eggs in the holding container. Walking about the open container, wings going, but has not left yet. Would be interested in knowing chances of rearing the caterpillars if larval foods are known. Now up to 58 eggs. Willow and cottonwood have been suggested, possibly Birch. Will try it.
