Observation notes: Pure luck, one of only 2 butterflies photographed today. Very windy, with more cloud than sun. Temp low 70's. Walking through grass, I disturbed this butterfly. Wind forced it down, and it was clinging to this grass stalk. Very fortunate to get the picture, as the grass was blowing back and forth.
